These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of NetMute ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
License
NetMute grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Restrictions
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App; (c) modify or create derivative works of the App; (d) use the App for illegal purposes.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the App is error-free or uninterrupted. Network monitoring and firewall features may not detect all connections or threats.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Termination
We may terminate your license to use the App if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete it from your devices.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes are settled before the competent courts in Germany.
