Two ways to get NetMute

Both are free to download and contain the same features. They differ in how you buy Pro.

The simple route

The direct build is signed with a Developer ID, notarised by Apple and updates itself. Pro does not carry over between the two: a licence key works only in the direct build, an App Store purchase only in the App Store version.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of NetMute ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

License

NetMute grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. For the Mac App Store version it covers every Mac you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. For the direct-download version, a license key bought from Lemon Squeezy covers as many Macs as the tier you bought has seats (1, 5 or 10). The seller in that case is Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record, and its terms apply to purchase, payment and invoicing.

Restrictions

You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App; (c) modify or create derivative works of the App; (d) use the App for illegal purposes.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Network monitoring and firewall features may not detect all connections or threats.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate your license to use the App if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete it from your devices.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes are settled before the competent courts in Germany.
