These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of NetMute ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
License
NetMute grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Restrictions
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App; (c) modify or create derivative works of the App; (d) use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Network monitoring and firewall features may not catch all connections or threats.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Termination
We may terminate your license to use the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
